Didsbury printmaker Carolyn Murphy had a great day today at Didsbury Arts Festival’s ‘Art on the Railings’ event in Fletcher Moss park with fellow printmaker Cate Gibson. Despite the threat of rain the two stayed dry and enjoyed the music, on day 1 of this year’s festival. It could have been a bit warmer – for June!
Carolyn unveiled a new ‘Manchester Old & New II’ linocut (below). The printmakers had a great location and enjoyed taking part in the local festival for a second time.
