Description
‘Scottish Sheep’ is an original linocut by Carolyn Murphy. This single colour linocut is inspired by my trip to the Cairngorms in Scotland. I tried to capture the essence of the place, with the sheep emerging from the landscape. The traditional lifestyle and livestock of the region caught my imagination. This single colour linocut is 30 x 30 cm in terms of image size. Printed by hand on 300g Canaletto off-white paper. Limited edition of 25. Unframed, signed, titled and numbered on the front, backed with board and wrapped in cellophane.
