View Installations

Check out a selection of my print installations — works that push the boundaries of printmaking and explore the potential of print in terms of scale, space, and surface.

These projects reflect an ongoing interest in expanding print beyond the frame. They draw from landscape, and play with illusion and perception.

My Artistic Practice

I’m a London-born artist and printmaker based in Manchester, UK. My work explores the complexity of landscapes, as memory or metaphor, reflecting on the passing of time, sometimes capturing subtle moments of stillness and reflection, other times the energy of sites of decay and renewal.

Rooted in traditional printmaking techniques, I create works using linocut, etching, collagraph and monoprint processes to create layered, atmospheric images that reflect a sense of light, space, pattern, and texture.

My work spans both 2D work and 3D print-based installations.  As an artist in residence at the University of Chester, I have been developing the installation side of my practice, bringing traditional print processes together with digital technology, such as laser cutting, to create new fragile structures. I love to experiment and embrace gaps, edges, ambiguity and chance.

Inspired by the outdoors, the post-industrial surroundings of Manchester and artists I admire, my prints usually evolve from location sketches, sketchbook studies and prototypes into carefully hand-printed works. My process is explorative and I’m usually balancing ideas, structures and aiming to evoke mood and connection.

Background & Exhibitions

A recent graduate with an MA in Fine Art Printmaking from Middlesex University, I’m a member of the Printmakers Council, East London Printmakers, and Prospect Printmakers in Rossendale. I exhibit regularly and my work is held in private collections across the UK and beyond. It’s also in two art books and has been shown in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition in 2023 – and again this year. I’m delighted to share my work with you here and invite you to join me on my journey.
